Do we really need to start off at 3 times a week!?
Think of it like going to the gym. If you only go once a week, you won’t see any results. If you’re there three times a week with some consistency, you’ll start to see some results. Your joints are used to being out of alignment, so we are trying to retrain your body every time you come in. The more consistently you come in for treatment, the faster you will se the results, and the longer lasting the results will be.
